  • sweet...one of the best vids of Imelda May...sweeeeet upload fer sure

  • love it !

  • Does it get any better than this? I mean really, does it? A voice as big as all outdoors, a kick-ass band, brilliantly witty lyrics, and a smokin' hot babe wearin' the heck out of an Elvis dress.

  • Have to say that this is outstanding, awesome song, band, production and a fantastically sexy woman!

  • I love Imelda so much. I to love the rockabilly music so much. It is nice to see that it still lives on.:)

  • glad rockabilly is back not that it went anywhere but due to shitty programmes like the x factor(shit farm) bands like this cant get air play so a big thankyou to the chat shows and jools holland who play a big part and she and the band are great love it

  • imelda is lovely

  • Imeda - love u inside out!

  • Imelda never ceases to amaze. Awesome talent. Not to mention, smoking Hot!

  • You wouldn't hear talent like this on shit-factor

  • WOW! Great sound.

  • her hubby's got the sound what a match he makes her sound even better she should be a big star

  • Now That's What I Call Music!

  • It really shows how crap chart music has got, when you hear something like this band, they stand out a mile. Fantastic.

  • What an amazing talent and such charisma.

  • obsessed with this song! love her

  • Ah the Irish arent they great .

  • @pedroyeeha self-praise is no praise

  • No lip synch, live band, and dripping with class. It is SO nice to see this in todays world of track music and voice "tuners". Well done Imelda May and Band....well done indeed.

  • Imelda and her band are not only playing live but singing live too, no miming here.

  • why is this not the album version :( :'(

  • @TheMattybob when you buy the album, you can download this version for free! I got mine off the "bonus" features on the album! Hope that helps!

  • wow - sensational

  • I love this song so much!

  • What a voice- What a woman - What a Song

How can there be even 4 people that dislike this!!!!!!!!!

  • @B00MTOWN They were so in awe of her they couldn't take their eyes off the screen so they missed the like button :)

  • Incredible song and playful singing. She can love my entrails any day.

  • what a voice!!!!!!!!!!

    "I LÜV U Inside out"

  • For fans from Taiwan - we love you Imelda! Come to visit us!

  • shes so frickin fit how could anyman be gay after lookin at her

  • @mufc99ok or any woman be straight. yumm!

  • @kikikattz shes so fit and can sing aswell

  • HAve become such a big fan of imelda! More please Imelda!

  • By-the-way; GREAT band!! Trumpet play was awesome (check out her singing "Psycho" at Glastonbury!) . This track is right up there with my favourite Imelda songs - especially this up-tempo version!

  • Hurrah! at last rock'n'roll/rockabilly (call it what you like - it's great music!) is getting back into the spotlight; and what a great Ambassador Imelda May is. Saw her perform a couple of times in Portsmouth (England!!) with the equally great Mike Sanchez (if you've never heard of him you MUST check him out) and she oozed class, fun and talent. ps. hope the "diva" bit is wrong or a one-off "bad day" cos what i've seen or heard leads me to believe she is as sweet & funny

    as she appears here!

  • @gaymanrights I don't see why she wouldn't like Belfast because she's from Dublin?? I will say this though, her schedule seems to be ridiculous and she works really, really hard, she doesn't seem to have much time to rest and she may have been under serious pressure, and it's quite possible she was having a particularly bad day. Even the nicest people have off days, but in her situation, she's probably likely to be surrounded by strangers when most under pressure, who will see her at her worst.

  • @gaymanrights I find this a bit strange because in the many comments I've read of Imelda, I've only ever heard really nice things from those who have encountered her, behind the scenes and otherwise. I wonder why she suddenly (and seemingly extremely out of character) rubbed someone up the wrong way in Belfast. You don't even know her, yet you "fucking hate her".

  • Nope! You heard 'your entrails'. I met Imelda last year and she was a complete sweetheart. Maybe she was just having a bad day? We've all experienced that!

  • Did I just hear 'urine trails'??

  • I love it, with all it's wobbly bits. She's wonderful and her band is great and her hubby is and...justs makes me laugh. I hope Imelda will be around for some time.

  • I've got CHILLS!

  • this version is different to album version, but her album is still awesome! Live performances are usually a bit more lively anyway. If it wasn't for Graham Norton I might never have found this amazing talent! We just found out tonight that she was in the bloody country (Australia) and played this weekend just gone at a music festival not too far from here ... devastated we missed her! Oh well, next time she's here, we're soooo there!

  • @bronbasil She has this version on her album. It's inside Out (remix).

  • @bronbasil I think it was released as a bonus track on itunes as inside out (remix).

  • Whatever you do DON'T BUY THE CD-THIS SONG ISN' T ON IT!! The Inside Out version on the CD is a slow prolonged dirge - and seein' as 99% of folk buying the CD are doing so based on THIS version of the song.... It's a RIP-OFF!

  • she is so fit

  • Sooo damn good!

  • Where did she get that fabulous elvis dress??

  • @mooooogrl im guessing someone made it for her, seeing i have a quilt my mom made me out of the same material, she got it at walmart

  • What a woman..pure class.

  • fantastic !!!!

  • DAMN this is seriously good.

  • ZOMG ITS A COW TROMBONE!

  • The instrumental at the start etc reminds me of music from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. xD <3 this song. (:

  • @InsaneGeniousMoments Oh yeah! It does doesn't it?

  • a great girl!!!!

  • shit hot

  • shit hot x

  • iv seen her live supporting meatlife and omfg!!!! she rocks!!!!

  • A really fantastic singer, more like this.

  • 1:17 "say you love me like a hobo" the weirdest fucking lyrics I've heard on a popular song in a long time! When this comes on at work on the radio I wait for this line and guffaw to myself.

  • Saw her in Killarney on New Years, she was excellent!!!

  • luvs her

  • Thank you so much for posting the video. I've been raving about her to my friends, but I couldn't find a copy of it or the song on Facebook or iLike to share with them until now.

And after seeing her brief interview with Graham, I'm anxious to hear the 'New Orleans' version that she said is on the actual album....

  • I love the way she says your wobbly bits!

  • awesome!!!!

  • LOVE!

  • me n gf r gona c her on feb in leeds

  • first time saw at the g norton show and liked really. amazing singer.

  • Outstanding.

  • i think i just fell in love with her

  • Imelda rocks, great performance - she is hot stuff too!

  • Love Imelda! Comes across as such a nice fun person in every interview I've seen. Making the Liberties proud-you rock girl!

  • She has a huge talent and her sound is very contagious...it makes you just want to dance around and sing into your hairbrush. Definately a lady that is here to stay!! I Have both albums and they are NEVER off my iPod. Love Love Love her

  • This is great, but why is the album version so damn slow, and does not contain this version as an extra track.?

  • @733835 This is the "Latin Mix" of the song "Inside Out". This version isn't on the CD, but will be available from 17.01.11 as an MP3 download on amazon.co.uk (and presumably itunes).

  • @flemingdh

    Thanks for the information.

  • Bring back the brass!

  • such a great voice and sound, love her stage presence too - I duno what it is about it but it seems so unique and genuine. Haha was great to see her talking so much on the sofa, should of had more airtime ;)

  • Wonder what it is like to wake up with a voice like that???? Fantastic, though I prefer the album version myself.

  • Great track, great performance, great band, my wife loves her dress.

  • I've heard both the live and the album recording of this song and have to admit it's better when it's faster :)

  • wow, saw this girl yesterday on graham norton and I cant stop thinking about her, she's actually talented...amazing.

  • @farhannius - I so agree...since seeing her on Graham Norton I have been humming this song. I love it...I've checked out some of her other songs and agree she is definitely a talented lady. Her music is fresh but w/that retro feel, makes me tap my toes and want to dance...She seems to have her head on straight too...I may have watched the Graham Norton show for Keanu Reeves, but I fell in love with Imelda May's music. :D

  • @farhannius she IS talented!! I JUST saw her and had to find her here so I could post her on my Facebook profile...what a great song, what a great voice! She'd be fabulous with the Big Bad Voodoo Daddies! (hear that, boys? ;) )

  • @farhannius Yeah I saw her on Graham Norton as well but I thought he was very patronising towards her when she sat down to chat after singing. Starting doing this middle class Irish thing of poking fun at the Liberties accent. Yes, she's a Liberty Belle. So what? A lesser lady would have told him where to stick his snobby Cork attitude! Go Imelda

  • @Vongaro norton is a plank imelda may what a beautiful woman i just dont know why the likes of norton couldnt find her attractive hed be rather shaggin blokes the clown

  • @farhannius saw her on the GMshow - went out the next day and bought the CD, Mayhem is next on my list.

  • Fabulous, such talent, and I love the dress!

  • proving talent is still out there....fantastic!!..what a voice

  • i´m so happy i knew about their music, even before she where famous in her own Ireland.

  • Its not very often you see an artist for the very first time and get completely blown away !!

    Fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Well done Imelda, you did Dublin proud once again

  • Top marks for uploading so quick. That must be a record!! Brilliant performance.

  • Love it! Go Imelda and fab band! And great dress as usual. Thanks very much for uploading this, and so quickly too!
