This really works! We had a realtor for 7 months until I found this video. We decided to use your technique and sell our house ourselves and we sold it to the first person who looked at it after we put it for sale by owner. It only took 2 months. Thanks for this video and stay positive:)

I followed these suggestions and we have just sold our house for a really good price. I also imagined how I would feel when our Estate Agent rany with an offer, I accessed these feelings often. Thanks Rebecca, I found this very worthwhile and enjoyable.
