  • Thanks, I'm gonna try your onion pakoras. They look good. Can I ask where you purchase most of your dry spices and superfoods? I need a good resource ! Happy Thanksgiving ~ Sincerely, Teal

  • @chookinshow

spices fairly exclusively from Mountain Rose Herbs:

    High Quality,

    mostly everything is Organic,

inexpensive.... (on average 7-10 dollars for a full pound, unless it's like scarce,,,,

seems like everything on their is mostly that cost:

    spices

    western herbs (all)

Ahinese, Ayurvedic, South American Herbs ( all most popular things, but limited: for example: Reishi, Rheumania, Holy Basil, Pau D'Arco, Cats Claw)

  • How can I get some more of your delectable recipes?

  • @chookinshow

but on occasion I do recipe ,,,

I was actually thinking of doing more of my specialities for hollidays,,

just stay tuned or subscribe I guess...
