  • Awesome results :)

  • it's excellent , but I need to see current readings not the voltage

your video tittle says 1 watt , that would mean 1 volt times 1 amp

I've no doubt you have good current in the system , I would just like to see the actual current reading.

  • could u connect a your water battery to a inverter to get ac current a small inverter

  • O Jesus, son of Mary! Is thy Lord able to send down for us a table spread with food from heaven

    ow (DOT) ly/41YZ6

  • 0:03 butt cheese i hav to water

  • If you put the water into smaller recepients , and a piece of paper on each one you have a little bit more power , but also m, more smaller batterys and better one.

    Smaller but better ;D

  • at 0:03 it sounded like you said butt cheese

  • Hope nobody trips on those wire ;)

  • you have 2 rows of 14 batteries each, and your getting nearly 13 v for each row, should you be getting nearly 26 v instead 12 v??? why is it staying at 12 v??

  • 7-th class physics ;)

  • a different form of generating cosmic rays to produce a never before seen form of

COSMIC ELECTRICAL POWER BUT THE TYPE OF MAG FIELDS NEEDED TO

BE IN CONTROL OF SUCH POWERS REQUIRES SPECIAL GUIDANCE WHICH

I PERSONALLY KNOW HOW TO CONTROL, BUT THIS WILL ALL WAYS BE A BIG PROBLEM, TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK IT WILL BE, AND I SUGGEST THAT CHEMICAL REACTION ARE OUTDATED FOR WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO DO.

  • my dog left a big long turd in the yard. i was drunk and wondered if i could make a battery out of his turd. i was just messing around and i stuck a led into the turd and it lit up!!! i ran and got a volt meter and it read 11.3 volts DC. couldnt believe it. i called popular mechanics magazine and they said it was a break thru in batteries. make a long story short. i found out my dog drank the battery fluid for my ATV that spilled in the garage. now the dog is sick and i am still a drunk.

  • @spider13855

....but does the bat(turd)ry still work? Have you tried jumping a car with it?? You could make one of those little cigarette lighter battery rechargers and name it "It's the Shit!!"

You'd sell millio...... well no, you'd probably sell none but sounds good..

  • what did you use for the zinc? and have you tasted the water after using it? and did that bright light really last for 4 months?

  • Nice !

Did you try a Joule Thief on this thing ?

You would be able to power a TV, if you want :P

  • I doubt it would run a TV for very long.

  • i want to know the run time and what recharges it? sunlight lol, but seriously :)

  • I conducted a similar experiment, sans the Miracle Gro. I used...get this...1/2-inch length of 1/2" diameter copper pipe and one 1/2" diameter flat zinc/steel washer submerged in a few tablespoons of tap water...just enough to submerge the components in the cups. Make sure the parts don't touch each other. Each cell generated 925 milivolts (mV). I conected enough in series to drive one LED lamp. When I drained off the water to keep the part's "feet" standing in a puddle, I still got 900 mV.

  • Very interesting how do you recharge them?

  • i do not no if thay can be recharge them.

but when thay go flat you just replace the zinc plates or recoat with zinc.

  • hi i did a test set like this one and it ran for 4 months and the loltage stayed around 10.8v with the led bulb on i started off at 12.5 v and it is still going .but i just used water in the pots ok + i have ran a led clock with 2 pot for 6 months.

  • Bet you could run a smaller folding laptop on one of these. Or use it to recharge a deep cycyle battery. You could build an off grid system for little money now for the homemade solar panel.

  • how long did this run? What was the length of the stable voltage?

  • great video.

  • well aluminum cans and old copper pipe

    are pretty available.

    I've charged capacitors and nicads.

    Great going..

  • Nice job. I found the same thing, about 1-2 days running time before redox equilivrium. I am now experimenting with stainless steel, zinc and tap water. My test cell is a photo cannister with SS and Zn, 50/50 cola water and gives 1 volt. After 24hrs 1.02V with no visible oxidation on anode or cathode. Vinegar cell of same only lasts 24 hrs.

  • This guy made something similar but it's less space consuming check it out ^^

  • good work man, I tried the same as you but using 4 to 6 glasses and a little LED. Good work man.

  • thanks for you feed back i ham makeing more battery packs 12v per a pack trying to get more amps out to power a small computer fan or more lights

  • Impressive! Excellent effort!!!

  • thanks for you feed back i ham makeing more battery packs 12v per a pack trying to get more amps out to power a small computer fan or more lights

  • What is the electrolyte made of? Ratios?

  • hi my electrolyte is 4cl of water and 1/4 teaspoon of miracle gro plant food in each pot.i have notesed after time the zinc or galv stripped of. then water battery stops working or not as wall

  • How long can it run?

  • i ran this test for 24 hours but i run other setups for upto 4 days .but led light did go a littel bit dull
