To extract the files from the RAR file you can use WinRAR - rarlab . com (it's a free program).
After you extract the files from the RAR you'll get 2 files: the theme file and a text file, read the text file because it includes instruction on how to put the theme on your Sansa.
you dont' need the cd after it is installed, and you don't need to convert the music with the converter just copy paste and for vid if it is mp4 then use msc mode so that you don't need to use that Media converter crap!
dude u can just copy and past the music files into ur sansa ....anyways U CAN GET another SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER a new and better one...the ones which comes with the cd sucks -_- the new one is much better
You need to install the original firmware. Same as you installed the Skull Theme but the MI4 file should be the original firmware file

are you sure you have Firmware 1.02.18A?
When you connect your sansa in MSC mode, you will be able to open the sansa folder from My Computer. this is the root folder.

NOTE: MI4 file is recommended
Theme installation instruction with MI4 file:
1) Make sure your Sansa is one of the e200 series (e2xx, ex. e250,e280...).
2) Connect your Sansa to the computer with MSC mode (Settings>USB Mode>MSC).
3) Copy the MI4 file to the root folder of your Sansa.
4) Disconnect the device -safely- from the computer.
5) Wait for your sansa to upgrade the firmware, after that it will restart and your new theme will be installed!
