Detroit has 3 more games played idiot. Our point % is the best in the NHL and at a point in the season where teams have uneven games played, point percentage is all that counts. Flyers are 3 points behind with 1 more game played which is even worse. And the Rangers have had injuries too retard. Our #1 defenseman didnt play his first game until the Winter Classic. Our #4 and #5 d-men haven't played since November yet we still have the least goals allowed in the NHL.

I had resigned myself to our fate eve after game 5, game 6 w/Ben Smith I went berserk and actually found a little peace. Killed me when we lost 7 but we inflicted a mortal wound as we died..VAN couldn't pull it off and win the cup. May the best team win indeed! And don't think we don't respect the Red Wings here in Chicago; we ABSOLUTELY do. We want to crush you in the game (as you want to crush US) but that's it :)

in any event i'm sure that both teams will take something positive from last year. CHI def has scoring ability and if their defence can tighten up along with crawford playing well, it should translate to a deep p-off run for CHI. Gotta say though, Campbell is way overpaid LOL
