  • great video, My aunt just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, even though the doctor explained that she will be gettng this surgerym it is a lot to take in at once and some of the inf gets lost, so good video!!!!!!!!

  • Hi Dr. if you are reading this, i want to ask a question sir, i was undergo a Whipples procedure last Match 09 ,2007. and last 2010 i was operated again because of Stone in bile duct, and now 2011, after the procedure i undergo a bile duct dilatation and request for PTBD procedure... do you think i will be OK doc? thanks

  • I had the Whipple Surgery 3 weeks ago. I am 47 years old. The surgery was hell, but my nurses were on top of everything. I feel awesome. I didn't have cancer but I did have Chronic Pancreatitis for 15 mos. I'm praying that I don't have any more problems. @yourSONGtoSING, stay strong and you are in my prayers.   • woah. average age is 68 ? im 15 and almost had the whipple procedure. but they found another tumor in another spot of my body so that called it a cancer to be treated with chemotherapy.
