I watched this video twice and wonder how you folks conclude that the previous govt' keeping people uneducated, i guess unhealthy will qualify as the public health care system is bad, but no confidence? Uneducated? Shackled? Hopeless? wonder if people were freely allowed to vote?

It really reflects the PNM governments, as he said , keep the people unhealthy and uneducated and you can control them. Be a dictator, yes, makes sense. That is why here in Trinidad you have free education right up to your Bachelors Degree and medicine is free.
