Another way to get the orderly costume is to go to their office, climb through the window and grab the keys and shit, sedate the orderly and take his outfit when nobody islooking.

After you get the orderly costume, go and sedate the agent. After that, for each target:

Go to room A on the secound floor, go to the balcony and use it to get into the adjacent room. Rig the stove. For the other target, open up the globe, and poison the drink. THe last one you just drop the weight when nobody is looking. When all is done, pick up your suit(if you want) and go save the agent.

Easiest way I know to get silent assasin: Walk up outside until you see a guy smoking and pick up his admission paper(you will have to sneak). Then give the admission paper at the front desk, and get the patient costume. After that, find a therapist's office and there will be a therapist outfit lying around. Go to the basement laundry roomand sedate(make sure you time it so the cop and other orderly don't catch you) the orderly, take his stuff, and dispose of the body in a nearby container.

I did it the way where you take the admission paper and go into the place and kill the guys by sabotaging the gas, placing the bomb etc. Then when you sedate the agent, and the girl tells you to kill the guys for $50,000, it's done!

You can skip that guard part at the beginning by climbing the storm drain sneaking up to that guards window breaking the fuze box. When he comes out to check quickly slip through the window take the card and run through the door.
