I've been out on that pier before they shut in down. I was always by myself. When the conditions came over the pier.......Apparentyly other people know of the storms!!!!! I was always alone when it got big...........NorCal will bring the most toughest to their most humblest....

I love when the surf is like 30 feet and your on the pier and you can feel it shake the pier, and the breakers splash up higher than you by like 10 feet abouve the pier. Pacifica visits are like, bi-annual neccesseties at least. I love it when I took an east coast friend and he was like, rooted in fear in awe. . .these are waves. . .
