  • Hmmmm. Apparently . . . Rumi is especially of interest to overweight academics.

  • Adnan, I think that there is no disresoect calling him Rumi, cause names are just a cloth...TGA2009, you are so misleaded...I don't think there is a national meaning in Sufism...anyway, no bad opinion of you matter, but proves you ve got Sufism the wrong way...

  • Dear All May peace be upon all of you, there are so many beautiful comments, but one thing I woulg like to say that all of us call this great poet (RUMI) but infact his real name is [ Mohammad Jalaludin Balkhi ], the point is in ordor to respect him well that he deserves let him call with his real name. Peace

  • sweet na?

  • Get out of our territory, Greek.

  • Cool video

  • Rumi said come out of the circle of time and enter the circle of love- inetrfaith, peace, love, knowledge seeking and all things spiritual have and aught to make us stop dwelling on past hurts and future conspiracies and rather live for once in this huge halo of love- see rumi truning ecstatic and see also he was named man of the 2007 by UNESCO.

Will we be the Rumi of any dispute today and pay tribute to the heart of Rumi's God?!

  • Sufi is caled a sufi, simply because of this cheap fabric they wore which is called suf or soof. A sufi follows god not books. There's religions before Islam and after Islam. One philosophy builds upon another philosophy. Im no one to judge which is better, its simply a matter of taste or what we feel native towards.

  • MashAllah Jalaluddin Rumi's poems are absolutely beautiful May Allah bless him :)

  • I always heard Rumi's name when I was in Bangladesh. I think some of his works are studied in higher level education in Bangladesh. It was nice learn some more about him. Thanks.

  • Rumi has a significant role in Turkification of Anatolia.

During his life time Anatolia was named as Turchia (Turkiye) by the european merchants.
