@gmpushrodpower I pulled modded gtos, trans ams, camaros and some corvettes with that setup after i turned up the boost and tuned it. Now it puts the hurtin on pretty much every ls based car i run into.
That was an lt1 camaro. And definately not H/C/full exhaust. It woulve sounded a lot louder. Supras arent bad either, but all it did in this video is beat a 14 second car from a roll. Roll racing is where they shine the most
@ford4point0 He gave him the hit. An LT1 camaro with H/C full exhaust makes power but still isn't as powerful as a BPU Supra. H/C LT1s make as much power as bolt on LS1s lol which is low 300s. With the Supras bolt on's hes well into the 400whp range. He beat a low 12 second car with a high 11 second Supra.

@ford4point0 I said low 300s not 300whp. Your average H/C/I LT1 makes about the same amount of power as a bolt on LS1, not much. Most of the auto guys I knew back in the day with H/C/I LT1s did low 12s with a good stalled auto and some slicks.
As far a this race I can completely believe the outcome as a Supra with those mods with significant boost on the stock turbos will trap a high as 120mph in the 1/4.

They can hit 400rwhp with the right set up. well maybe "back in the day" your buddys were running baby cams and slightly ported stock heads, cus nowadays, cam only lt1s can hit low 12s. Go do some research before you look even more ignorant. Start in ls1tech, theres a sticky under the lt1 section that should really shut you up.
@kageryu311 You should tell your buddys to drive a 400rwhp lt1. If they can hit low 12s with a 300hp lt1, they might be able to travel through time in a +400rwhp one :)

@kageryu311 same thing here, ive never seen a bpu supra hit 11s but i dont go running my mouth saying its impossible. Most bpu supras ive seen cant even hit 12s. But it all depends on the setup. Ive also seen some cam only lt1s barely going over 300rwhp, but they use a baby cam for daily driving.
And an ls1 isnt touched by gods hand as you make it seem. Its a much better platform, but when stock, its only like 50hp more than an lt1 in a good day.
@ford4point0 If a guy with a BPU Supra can't hit 12s they really don't know how to fucking drive. BPU MKIVs make enough power to hit in the 11s and don't have anywhere near the traction issues that a big single turbo Supra has.
Most Supra guys though aren't die hard drag strip guys and usually buy their cars to race people on the highway. My buddy did an 11.9 @118 on street tires the first time he was out in his BPU Supra.
