Ironically, I know a lot of people who just use books as bookends to prop up their multimedia devices on the shelves. So the donkey is portrayed as a dense tech-head who can't understand or accept anything that's not digital, while the ape is a smug, deadpan reader who looks down on those who prefer digital media, speaking to the donkey as if it should be grateful to have a moment of the ape's precious time. Awesome use of stereotypes!

It's too bad the content of the book (OR pdf file) isn't the central focus. The content and the message are what should matter, not how they're served up.
