  • Gamers Play Games If They Suck Dount Suck We Do nOt KEEP Score

  • xplay rates game by how popular they r if a game like halo a highly popular shooter made a game that just sux beyond belief they would give it a good review cause thats what they think will get more viewers

  • Xplay gives it a bad rating if they suck at playing the game. Not very fair.

  • So basically what they're saying is ... If a game got a game of the year award, it's 5/5? *facepalm*

  • Meh, X-play still rates games as bad as IGN does. The reviews make very little sense. Basically if a game gets a ton of hype and tons of people buy it, X-play will give it a good review. basically they go by the how much money the company made off the game. Don't believe, go look at other games they gave a bad score on and their only complaint was certain glitches.

The best way to get a review is to just watch youtube video's of people playing the game and hearing them comment on it.

  • Judgment Day was 100 times better the x play

  • like ya know.......like ya know.........

i stopped watching this once the xplay vid finished.

    i give you a 1 out of 5

  • Growing up I loved x-play but now I realize how bad they're opinions are, pretty much all my favorite games have 2/5 which is complete bull.

  • just buy 360 gamer magazine (if ur in the UK) its so brilliantly unbiased u know ur getting an accurate review. for u guys in the US i dunno whats the best mag.

  • xplay fails.

  • X-Play still sucks though. They usually give poor ratings to games that they are tired of seeing sequels too (or genres they don't like such as WWII FPS games).

  • Neither of the two reviewers are great. I'm guessing that neither of them even play games to the fullest extent and get the general feel for the game.

  • So you are aware that G4 only cares about viewers and money rather than its fanbase.

  • Are you a ventriloquist?

  • oh. Well i still think the way they rate games is dumb.. their most famous being their beatmania review.. they compared it to guitar hero.. Why! Not only the company that made beatmania, originally made guitar freaks (which guitar hero is a rip off of), but they are comparing a game nothing like it..lol..

  • They are both suped up color matching games is what is meant by that. DDR, Guitar Hero 3, Beatmania... All the same game, yet diffrent. Xplay is more the "If you label it this genre, expect to have it compared to others of this genre" Not just "Im a FPS nut but imma give this RPG a crappy rating cause, no one else likes em... right?"

  • "katamari doesn't bring anything new to the table"... what.

  • beutiful katamari is the 3rd title of a series that hasnt changed. the first one was cutting edge. the 3rd... unoriginal

  • but if you look at it in a percentage, it's the only series of it's kind. therefore, still original IMO.

  • the first one did...the sequals, not so much

  • Katamari NOT groundbreaking?

Stop fapping to Halo 3 G4, and release Tech-TV from your douchbaggery.

  • i prefer x-plays reviews they point out flaws and add humor

  • Well the old X play point out flaws and add a litle humor. But the new one stinks turd.

  • Also Judgement Day aproaches the game on the game.I mean how can you be a G4 fan and belive the reviews that Xplay does?99% of his reviews are so bad and inacurate its not even funny.I liked xplay more when it was on Tech TV.BTW sky speaking of G4 did you remember the treatment G4 did to Tech TV?

    Just asking you Sky.

  • I prefer Judgement day's game rating and hardware rating.heck Reviews on the Run is better than the G4 xplay.
