Obama is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true (and they ARE TRUE) regardless of where he was born... 1. The person's parents were married at the time of birth 2. One of the person's parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born 3. The citizen parent (his Mom) lived at least ten years in the United States before the child's birth; 4. A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.

BTW, you CAN'T do any official business [passport etc..] with a COLB. Try it, and they will look at you funny. A lot of Hawaii citizens are stuck on that Island if they tried.
Also, why is his father's race african?
Shouldn't his mother's race be Irish or American? Look at it.
One more, the birth announcement address is bogus. It has been uncovered that someone else lived there since the 1950's and beyond.

For the parents races, they filled in what each parent answered. Obviously when asked, either his father or mother answered 'African'.
A COLB is a perfectly legal document that can be used to get a Driver's License, Passport, etc. To say otherwise is to be lying.
