mudvayne is bad ass period. chad has put a lot of stress on his vocals from screaming a lot so of coursed his voice isn't gonna be 100% all the time, but who the fuck cares, they are awesome, regardless of whether or not his voice is on point all the time. They've been around along time, and they are in my top 5 bands, been loving these guys around 10 years now.

I like Mudvayne, but Chad's voice has downright sucked since they started. I've seen them live and seen their videos. I don't know why so many people defend him. Some of his lyrics are good but vocally, he sucks and has not improved. His constant screaming and lack of technique had destroyed his voice far before they were big. Matthew(bassist) and the drummer who's name often escapes me are really the only good part of the band. Both show good technique and originality which is often undermined.
@MrDeftones1987Jeez, I made a mistake. They aren't even in my favorite groups so sorry I don't immediately remember their names. Still, Ryan is a badass and that is all I wanted t say about him. It still does not change the fact that practically every video that is live, Chad fucks up in a very noticeable manner because his voice has been damaged. It is a fact that if you scream without proper method your voice will be destroyed. The same shit happened to Marilyn Manson.
@MrDeftones1987 If you look at vocalists like such as ;Danny Filth from Cradle of Filth, Krysta Cameron from Iwrestledabearonce, Angela Gossow of Arch Enemy, and Jonny Davy from Job for a Cowboy among other vocalists, you would see that their voices are all very clear and intact. They can sing clean notes without their voices breaking. They all know how to manipulate their voices and pace themselves. Nevermind being a fan, really listen to him. He ALWAYS sounds like a fucking wreck.
@MrDeftones1987 All I can say about the guitarist is that he has terrible form which limits his ability to play elaborate melodies. He always strokes downward as opposed to 'up down' picking. This causes him to struggle more than he should. Still, like I said, I like Mudvayne, I just wish they sounded as good live as they do in studio. They seriously clean up the vocals massively. Sadly, you can't have Mudvayne without him, I just wish he didn't suck so much, his stage presence is invigorating.

Don't talk shit about his voice. I saw them while they were on this tour and after the concert I saw he was picked up by an ambulance and rushed to the hospital because his throat was so bad. Still managed to rock fuckin Harpo's that night!

mudvayne is bad ass period. chad has put a lot of stress on his vocals from screaming a lot so of coursed his voice isn't gonna be 100% all the time, but who the fuck cares, they are awesome, regardless of whether or not his voice is on point all the time. They've been around along time, and they are in my top 5 bands, been loving these guys around 10 years now.

I like Mudvayne, but Chad's voice has downright sucked since they started. I've seen them live and seen their videos. I don't know why so many people defend him. Some of his lyrics are good but vocally, he sucks and has not improved. His constant screaming and lack of technique had destroyed his voice far before they were big. Matthew(bassist) and the drummer who's name often escapes me are really the only good part of the band. Both show good technique and originality which is often undermined.

@MrDeftones1987Jeez, I made a mistake. They aren't even in my favorite groups so sorry I don't immediately remember their names. Still, Ryan is a badass and that is all I wanted t say about him. It still does not change the fact that practically every video that is live, Chad fucks up in a very noticeable manner because his voice has been damaged. It is a fact that if you scream without proper method your voice will be destroyed. The same shit happened to Marilyn Manson.

@MrDeftones1987 If you look at vocalists like such as ;Danny Filth from Cradle of Filth, Krysta Cameron from Iwrestledabearonce, Angela Gossow of Arch Enemy, and Jonny Davy from Job for a Cowboy among other vocalists, you would see that their voices are all very clear and intact. They can sing clean notes without their voices breaking. They all know how to manipulate their voices and pace themselves. Nevermind being a fan, really listen to him. He ALWAYS sounds like a fucking wreck.

@MrDeftones1987 All I can say about the guitarist is that he has terrible form which limits his ability to play elaborate melodies. He always strokes downward as opposed to 'up down' picking. This causes him to struggle more than he should. Still, like I said, I like Mudvayne, I just wish they sounded as good live as they do in studio. They seriously clean up the vocals massively. Sadly, you can't have Mudvayne without him, I just wish he didn't suck so much, his stage presence is invigorating.
