Net Neutrality is not a problem users need concern themselves with. It is a concern for the owners of the lists in a competition for bandwith and which mediums shall be widely used. free communication will still occur. Youtube will still be here, but google vid may not be as a free service... get it? It's also a way for them to make more of a profit.
