Japanese actually isnt that difficult to learn. Specally compared to someone trying to learn english. The only real difficult part is learning kanji. But thats because theres almost 3,000 characters in kanji. But the speaking part isnt that difficult.

And whats this excuse about age? My father is almost 60 and had no problems learning spanish. Im almost 24 and learning japanese fairly easy.

Age is indeed a factor when it comes to learning a new language, but it shouldnt stop you. Bottom line comes down to dedication.
