Not as bad as some of the expertvillage instructors I've seen on youtube. Training muay thai myself I think he either skips or glosses over the important details of any of the Thai elbows though.

every move has its plus and minus. kick vs. sweep, hook vs. jab, spin kick vs. duck and uppercut! if you can get close enough and have the right timing an elbow can drastically change a match because blood is thicker than water and really hard to see thru.
