Happily watching this again, Carmen. It is so wonderful there just aren't words! You have a much smaller band these days, but I suppose it is a little easier to arrange transportation. Have you left this sort of thing behind, or is the orchestra milling around the house, waiting for you to take out your baton?
@songblurred Thanks Don. I have no specific plans for the future of this channel, so maybe I'll come back to this some day. But probably not with 20 instruments :) I was only working 3 days / week when I did these 15-20 instrument multitracks. Now I'm just too lazy I think. Now it takes motivation just to add tambourine :)
Is it possible that you could post (or send me the mp3) for all the different no.'s for the Second Suite in F for 2nd clarinet? I'm playing it for a community band and I'm really confused on the beat, since the other clarinetists are more advanced than I and play 1st clarinet. Thanks so much, if you can help, I mean! :3 ( ^.^")
@bhollings Thanks Ben :) I listened to a midi of the song while I recorded. I listened to the midi on my mp3 player, with headphones, so it wouldn't be heard by the microphone while I recorded.
@CannotChooseUsername Thanks for your comment :) As for the transposing, I do that with a software (Noteworthy Composer). I totally should practice transposing on the fly though :) Would mean less work in preparing the parts :)
@natalie1ngn I use this French software called "vos videos a la tele sur cd/dvd deluxe" (the software is in English). It's pretty decent, but not free. Thanks for your comment and good luck :)
Amazing ... -this is really great - you spent so much time in this recording from arrangement to the many instruments - wow!!! For me it sounds pretty good.
I wish you long-lasting joy and enthusiasm for the music :-)
I think you may have gone off the deep end. I love you, you crazy girl! Faved even though I'm afraid it'll just encourage you. You know, some orchestras have over 100 members, so it's only up from here.
@DearOldNutjob Hmm. 100 may be a bit much. Perhaps if I played some string instruments it might be possible haha. But I lack the attention span for a project that big :) Have you seen this video? watch?v=pFAVxaEc9JQ

@Cissypercflute Thanks. Yeah drums aren't exactly my specialty. :) At least not drum rolling!

@carmen75013 how were you able to put all of the instruments together? what software? this is so cool, and I would like it try it somehow.

Cool but I much prefer to have brass.

@LysterEuph Hey Andrew. Yeah, that's one thing that's missing - real brass instruments :) Maybe some day... Thanks for stopping by :)
