Growing up in the 50's, this brings back so many wonderful memories. Plus the music of Aaron Copland's Our Town doesn't hurt either. Maybe this is what we all want to go back to. Back to such a simple time. I can smell the leaves my father is burning out in front of our house in the fall. Walking down to the gas station to buy a coke with my best friends. Such simple pleasures that we seem to have forgotten. Thank you for posting this. It made me smile...
I wish we could go back. I wish I knew what it was like when politicians stood up for their true values and loved this wonderful country. We are America, what have we become? I love her, I don't want to leave her. We can be great again, we just have to believe with each other. There is more to give from our hearts. Remember to love and cherish our moments on this Earth and our destiny to live in this beautiful country. Love you all.
I mainly like this for "Our Town," except the version I hear is conducted by Leonard Slatkin, and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. And that is on WCRB, 99.5, Boston's Classical Music.

Of course, this version is slightly different from the one I usually hear. I forgot to mention that.
