  • Did anyone else get the feeling that Bryan Adams was playing air guitar?

  • Bryab Adams did such an excellent job on this song. It's one of my my more personal favorite parts of the show.

  • @harp99

    YES, YES, YES !

  • Roger and David both understand how important their influence is and I say they will reunite TO THE DEATH!

  • who is singing and playing the guitar heare?

  • who sing at the end of the song with warters?

  • Pink Floyd The Wall Live at Earl's Court 1980 DVD, Pink Floyd Live in Oakland 1977 3-disc 2CD/DVD set available at Tommygun Video, please see our Youtube channel for video/audio clips, link to web site and more info

  • why the empty spaces is so long ??

  • It would be much better with Gilmour, Mason, Wright and Waters. It would be awesome if they could reunite once more.

    R.I.P- Richard Wright

  • Let us try to see Pink Floyd as one body, one soul, a composer. Then, I think, the appreciation goes to the performance not to the performers. Nobody in the the concert hall on hearing, say, The 9th Symphony, looking for Beethoven himself... enjoy the music and the performance..

  • what are these songs?

  • @pertierre young lust (i need a dirthy woman) from the wall album

  • @madfrog1962 Thanks xD

  • If I wanted to see Bryan Adams, I would have gone to a Bryan Adams show or looked up Bryan Adams on youtube. I thought I was searching Pink Floyd. I respect Bryan Adams for what he's done, but he should NOT be singing any Floyd song.

  • dude on the keyboard is on it!!!!

  • god damn awesome animation!!

  • David Gilmour where are you man!!!!!!!!!

  • I saw the Wall Live In N.Y. Nassau Co. Stadium in 1980.

I'm going to see them in Philadelphia Nov, 8 2010 30 years later.

It will be a great show minus David Gilmour, but you can't hve everything

  • i think some of u are missing the point, its not just about floyd, its history it was something many of us dont get to see in our lifetimes, and as far as the people preforming on stage wether u like it or not its what he wanted,

  • 7:15 looks like the keyboardist is attacking his keyboard

  • i hope those people he played with here, will not join him in 2011 when he comes to germany.....

  • I never noticed at 6:46 Rick tries to grab his whammy 2 times and misses. But he manages to pull it off anyway........ amazing guitarist.

  • an organ was THE instrument which i missed in "the wall"

glad to see that the organ was played at this concert ;)

  • best thing bryan adams has done !!

  • this is the tomb Floid Pink Music, The demmostracion that are no longer anyone. A fossil, a dinosaur dead .... Just a couple of flashes ... and other products for mass consumption ...

  • Who are these random ass people playing for roger waters this is a great album but these people jamming will him suck

  • Magnifico bajo de Andy Fairweather Low

  • How the fuck did Bryan Adams actually rock harder than Pink Floyd there? Honestly, the thought of Bryan Adams rocking at all is like one of those 'not even when pigs fly' situations.

  • fucking roger waters is fuckin way better than dave gilmour

  • Are you fucking drunk?

  • @Michaelboy08 fuckin' asshole fuckin' swearing, fuckin' comparing great artist's being a fuckin' troll. very intelligent isn't it?

  • @Logankeller352 Fuckin A...

  • This is soooo fcking good !!!!!!!

  • i have a fever and the only perscripsion is more cow bell

  • For all the Pink Floyd's fans! There's a new version of "IF" (atom heart mother) on myspace gariac. Enjoy it on myspace gariac popmusik!

  • Holy shit, was that Brian Adams..

what a surprise that was! =)

  • needs more cowbell

  • waters,the wall,says who?

  • Waters is gonna tour the Wall, but not with the Floyd!

  • 4:09

    needs more cowbell

  • 6:34 Miami Vice wannabee

  • Watters definitively is the soul of pinl floyd, but sadly, without the others floyds he is not better than they. "together we stand, divided we fall"

  • fink flyd

  • Watch the wall live in 1980 performed by pink foyd its a way better than that (on my opinion)

  • This is not Pink Floyd, This is Roger Waters and CIA. Pink Floyd is way better than this.

  • the best rock music from the time

  • como dijo roger en Bogota, Colombia.

    es fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • where is (1of 6)

  • its "the wall live in berlin part 1"

had problem to find it to

  • I think this is the best of concert eva

  • pure rock right here, never to be done b4 again. Pink floyd is beyond amazing

  • This is incredible to me, not only is the arrangement quite audacious, but the part when you hear Adams and Waters sing together reminds me of how badly I miss Roger's edgy vocals from the stuff that came after he left. I should note that very few people appreciate Roger's talents as a musical director and arranger. Outstanding!

  • Roger Waters is GOD!!!

  • its roger waters dummass

  • This is good, but it is not Floyd. It is Roger

  • never we haven one lake pink jorge tolentino Brazil TANKS

  • at 6:45 Rick Difonzio looks like gilbert from Whats Eating Gilbert Grape

  • It's the flowers...

  • The whole dvd, Roger Waters Live at Berlin, blows away any previous and future concerts by any band(s).

  • The Wall is best performed by Pink Floyd. David Gilmour's vocal parts are essential to the album.

  • It's not david gilmour it's roger waters

  • bryan adams is AWESOME!

  • einfach nur schrecklich der sound. mit dave gilmour hätte die ganze sache viel viel besser geklungen! vor allem der gitarrist und sänger ist ja voll die wurst;(

  • THe organ at 7:15 souds more like Jon Lord than Rick Wright

  • and where in the U.S.? maybe online but what would i search for?

  • where in uk shops can i buy this concert on dvd

  • The comment about the Guitar not being plugged in. Have you not heard of wireless? Technology which has been available for years.

  • Bryan Adams is AWESOME

  • bryan adams guitar is not plugged in. thats funny

  • owo he's on a wireless [there aren't that many channels so yea]

  • Wish I could have seen this concert !

  • I studied in Berlin in the summer of 90 and attended the concert. It was the largest crowd of people I have ever been a part of. By the time the show started, I had been standing and sitting in the same square foot for six hours. I was so tired, thirsty and I needed to go so I started walking away from the stage following little streams of people heading out. I walked for a half hour, slowly, away from the stage and the crowd was still as thick as thieves. Great show; better summer.

  • I am Immortal I am life I am ....

  • This whole thing was about the fall of the Berlin Wall. It was a celebration on a grand scale. I only wish the rest of Pink Floyd would have shown up to play this one.

Waters has always been great at getting the best musicians on board with him. This whole thing was brilliant. I remember listening live on the radio as it was happening.

Absolutely fantastic concert. I just ordered the DVD from amazon.

  • How can you say Australian Pink Floyd is better than this? You must be mistaken, man!

  • Ithis is not pink floyed ,but the truth is ,the singing is pink floyed ,but the music generic .like robert plant of zepplin .his voice is zepplin ,but with out jimmy on guitar it;s not zepplin .this is waters .and it is awsome .but yea ,it;s not pink floyed ,but a hell of a concert

  • australian pink floyd? come on!!!!!! they r shit of the music, all the tributes bands....

    PINK FLOYD IS UNIQUE

  • Pink Floyd???

  • This is NOT Pink Floyd. This Rogers Waters SOLO!! Bryan Adams could'nt change David Gilmour's Strings on his Strat

  • amen...

  • I am sorry, but this is not Pink Floyd I like. It sounds good, but it doesn't have the right feeling. Australian Pink Floyd Show is much better. I really recommend it.

  • Tribute can't be better than the original.

  • Possibly true, but this isn't really the original.

  • empty space

    Young Lust

    that's my favourite songs

  • the solo sucked during the flower fucking bit. if it was Gimour it would of been 11/10 perfect.

  • I think Brian Adams is perfect for this part

  • Awesome! peace2u

  • i think these guitarists are doing a pretty good job despite the heavy 80's-ish sound lol

i personally didnt like doyle bramhall at in the flesh even tho he's a great player...i think hes more flashy and "trying-to-hard" than these guys are

  • is any on e feel they havent got floyd vibe but very strong act thanks to waters remaining

  • One of the greatest concerts of all time.

  • that gets so intense

    "Keep people as pets

    race rats, train dogs"

brian adams had the right kind of voice for the songs he sang.

  • The solos completely suck! I love the song, but the soloist is trying way to hard to sound like Gilmour... not working.

  • roger waters is my hero

  • "What shall we do now?" is such a great song. it's too bad it didn't make the studio album.

  • kkopczyk, the actual title is 'Empty Spaces' and it is on the 'wall' album

  • Not true. They are two different songs. "Empty Spaces" (0:00 to 2:38) is on the studio album. "What Shall We Do Now" (2:39 to 4:00) is not on the album, but is in the movie and live performances of the album. "What Shall We Do Now", however, listed in the liner notes for the studio album, but that is a known misprint.

  • @kkopczyk ==> should we work straight through the night...

  • @kkopczyk Agreed, when I'm listening to the studio album I always pause it and sing "What shall we do now?" before it cuts to "Young Lust"!

  • @kkopczyk right i never did get that lol...what a shame

  • 2:56-3:55!!! i love it

    ....but never relax at all

with our backs to the wall!!!

  • The best band ever

  • THAT IS SOOO TOTALLY Bryan Adams playing the lead and singing there. Holy CRAP!

  • redhead dude singing and playing guitar... is NOT in any way actually playing that guitar. he's fakin it okay tho

  • nvermind, the lead at the beginning of Empty Spaces is killer!

I'm talkin' about the other parts where this fucker is playing David's solos note for note.

Roger's way of takin' some of what David contributed to the album.

  • The lead-guitar work on this is pathetic

you watch the guy play it and it's a plastic version, note for note, of Gilmour's genius.

    WHERES THE LIFE

  • that guy's a good singer who sings young lust and the end to empty spaces

    ROGER RULES

    SO DOES PINK FLOYD

EQUALLY DO A TOUR ALL 4 OF YOU :(

  • I think that was Brian Adams

  • Not much of Pink Floyd left these days... :-(

I'm sad I had the chance to see them in concert during the "Delicate sound of thunder" tour and I didn't go.

  • lo mejor ..the best concert ever

  • i am a oldie but i like it

  • haha also i liked the canadian tuxedo hahahaha RAD

  • haha i feel like i should be applauding even tho im setting in my room alone.. great show.. wish i was there

  • somehow adams does not fit in there, what do you think ?

  • I really disagree on that one, he sounded good he has thoughs rocker vocals which suites both the songs cuase they are really the only two rocks songs in the album the rest have a darker hard rock sound...

  • i disagree also ..thought it was a real good and powerful piece of singing relevent to where we are at in the whole gig,,mind u not one of B adams greatest fans,,,

  • sash4711 sux

  • Awesome

  • pink floyd ist mit oder ohne den rest der band goil.. roger waters forever

  • its funny bob geldof played pink in the movie

  • hell yeah, empty spaces is awesome

  • spitze.

  • spitze!!

  • love the solo starting at 6:30...

  • I'm with you on that!

  • HEY!! I LIKED BOB GELDOFS!!

    mr waters

    mr geldof....

    GODS

  • I love playing along to the movie on guitar

    Makes for double the fun.

  • best performances so far

  • this is the first time ive seen this my hubby was there he said it was wicked brought back a peice of the wall still got it now

  • i love this album- now to watch the film

  • The movie is amazing! You're gonna love it!

    Love: B.S.

  • hope you like it, it my fav movie

  • the eighties movie The Wall? the singing on In the Flesh was horrible... otherwise yeah, it rocks

  • That's 'cause Roger didn't do the singing for In The Flesh? for that movie, Bob Geldoff sang so he wouldn't look stupid trying to lipsync to Roger's voice

  • I know, and he just made it worse :P lol

  • for himself that is

  • It is so funny to know that this whole time bryan adams was only mimicing his actual guitar playing during the filming.

  • why didn't he do it live?

  • I dunno - they say the reasons are unclear - however alot of strange and weird things were done for the release of the dvd because during the live performance there was a shitload of technical problems. It really pissed off one singer (Sinead O'Connor). Some of the clips on the DVD are even from the rehearsal not the concert (like Sinead O'Connor's part).

  • god thats shows how great floyd really was. all these different singers and yet the music still is awesome. how many groups could write an album and have it stand the test of time like this?

  • agreed. This album will last FOREVER. Best music album ever made I say (and movie).

  • Heh wow I thought this guy was amazing singing What Shall we do now and Young Lust. Loved him. :D

  • hell the music of this song sound s heavinly

  • where's the second half of the album ??

  • PINK FLOYD rules

  • david gilmours better on guitar. Jackass

  • We know, stop pestering about it will ya?

  • I love how not even the guy who drew the illustrations knows what they mean.

  • it's a shame they left the extended version off the original album.

  • My favorite track from the album. The solo is bad-ass guitar perfection. Here...not so much.

  • Awsome Young Lust. Keyboard solo was amazing.

  • I have had the VHS of this for years and a long time floyd fan. But, I thought Bryan Adams was great here.

  • I ain't no pro, but is Brian fluffing?

  • or maybe its just his hair cut.

  • for being only nine years since the performance at earls court, hes really put on age.

  • i really like the combined singing of waters and bryan adams

  • Me too! :D

  • part 4 of fear throwing out, rubbing out behind you?

  • anomoles of booking brian may. broon's bane. sl;ackjaw gaze. donuthole phaze. watch out how you misuse empty spaces.

  • more powers of god, asome text, im mexican from tijuana, and the wall here is the fucking wall, border patrol and minute man... create a wall is for the chickens

  • bryan is awsome!!!

  • It wasnt bad, but u dont get the same feel with him singing it. I didnt feel the anger.

  • I think it's pretty cool

  • help!!!! i'm having flashbacks to the 80's!!! oh wait...its roger waters doing his floyd thing...nvm i'll be ok, i like this one. lol:). thx for posting this.

  • Brian is ok...everyone can sing..open your mine..

  • I can't believe they let Brian Adams on stage with Roger Waters! Let alone have him sing!!!

  • He sounds pretty good imo. Not as good as Roger Walters on the album though.

  • Bryan Adams is shit ring back gilmore. flyod is the best

  • What Shall We Do Now? is probably the greatest song on the album. Waters was upset when they had to cut it from the 1979 album. Why Bryan Adams, he can't sing hard rock or progressive or both
