great job! But why didn't you put a laptop in the counter as in the original GTA4 apartment. Also, I think that the wall which separates the living room from the bedroom is too far apart from the bed, I think it should be closer. Still, great job, and don't forget those are minor details ;D

Playboy X house. You get to access this safehouse when you choose to help Dwayne instead of Playboy X. Its a nice house, esp with the laptop. Saves your time going to the internet cafe.

@jupsjustinjups There's already a mod for that at ModTheSims. It tends to break if you patch your game, so check version numbers. It's by Desecrate, and called the "Weapon's System." You can use it to shoot Sims you don't like. Be careful of where, because you can't outrun the cops in Sims 3 like in GTA. Thankfully, all you get is five hours in jail. Pretty soft penalty for murder; but it beats getting knocked into a river and drowned.
