I want to set the record straight. Anita did NOT refuse treatment. She was receiving treatment for her cervical cancer - altought it was speculated that she did have surgery. Whether that choice of treatment will create a better result is questionable.

This is her final concert - she knew that she would not be able to beat the disease.

In response to the description to this video, Are you really sure she wasn't going for treatment? Because she had lost all her hair and I assumed she was getting treatment. Cancer doesn't directly cause hair loss, it is usually the cancer treatments that causes hair loss.

Supertrouper's correct - she was undergoing chemotherapy around the time of the concert. She initially refused treatment - thought she could fight it off with Chinese medicine and her willpower alone. It wasn't until the later stages when she finally decided to go through with Western medicine treatment, but it was too late.
