rev is low because the motor is an over square design...the stroke is bigger than the bore.....to it makes good torque of the line but garbage top end....add a turbo and you fix that problem ;)

@ sergsrt8...any reasons why u think his motor will blow with a stock 09wrx turbo? I dont think he has to worry about it. Im running a gt35r on my STOCK block 09wrx and put down 400awhp and the cars still running 3months later. Check out my vid if u dont believe me. Iif he takes care of his car and keeps up with maintenance then hes alset. Ive seen stock sti's/wrx blow a ringland stock. Its all about how u take care of the car!

@BJs4MePlz Was referring to the 2.0L models that are coming out, not the standard 2.5L. Spec-C which is a JDM redlines at exactly 8k RPM.

I also have an 08 wrx did you do the install? and how is the clutch holding up the the extra power and all those dumps? What map are you using?

@zombeaudin an euctek in Holland did the install and a unique map for my car. Clutch is holding up just fine 15000 km after the conversion.

@PupleHaz420 VF52 i a much larger turbo and gives good power from 3000-6900 rpm. Standard MY08 runs out of puff around 5000 rpm. And thats a big diff :))

@imprezamy08 I have a tomei m7760 on my 07 wrx. only running 320-330 whp and it seems a lot quicker. what kinda power does the vf52 put out??? the kmh may be throwin me off to.

@PupleHaz420 312 hp and 442 nm and does 0-112 mph around 15 sec. The VF52 is standard on MY09, the way MY08 should have been born.
