Beautiful. Just beautiful. I watched the Deer Hunter for the first time last weekend, and this theme really does bring a tear to the eye. You have done it supreme justice, brother.
man , you brought a tear to my my eye , you rock , your sat next to a computer playing like its nothing , you are talented , make your talent work for you , it seems your talent comes naturally , that was fantastic , im sat with my girl having a few beers and were both in awe , please please please dont waste this gift youve been given , hope inspiration and love from george and cath in england , thankyou for your free entertainment ,
I play the guitar and this is one of my favorite songs. I have played for 14 years and this is one the best times I have ever heard it played such, delicacy and beauty it truly is an inspiring song it brings up so many emotions great job
Dude, I LOVE this song. There is no better processional for a wedding, in my opinion. I love the Deer Hunter - AMAZING MOVIE. You played so well. Congrats!
Absolutely amazing- thank you very much! A timeless piece that brings back the feelings I had when I first saw the Deer Hunter alone in a theater in my senior year of high school. I cried my eyes out all the way home.
Wonderful movie, everything in that movie went right, the actors, Robert and Christ were wonderful and Director Michael would never make another success as perfect as this movie is.
Excellent! I'm here mainly to look at the fingering, and your camera angle is the best i've seen. Great music too of course, and even a small mistake to give us all hope.
Good job on a tough piece to play. Great job of doing a video that has a great view of your left hand technique. Im just beginning to learn to play this song and need all the help I can get.
It was a very, very long time ago. I meant no disrespect to you, Nguyen. This piece of music is timeless and beautifully sad. I love the way you play it.
my favourite song in the whole world...reminds me of when i used to be a little girl playing outside with my cousins and friends...(i lost one of my cousins two years ago, he was just thirty)..this song is for him....i love you, Gino...
i recommend adding your own touch to the piece, do it differently than other people, like i start it fast like anna vidovic, then by the time i come back to that first chord i slow it down to the tempo xue fei plays it, and i always try to change the song dynamically like xue fei.
i think it's more than "correct"... it's great .. of course there's anna vidovic ! but your playing is really touching... keep going.; and true pieces like this one always reward constant attention and practise !
the notes in the harmony doesn't really flow, kinda staggering, watch ana vidovic and see what im talking about, she sways and rushes those notes for effect. Xue-Fei plays the entire thing with altering dynamics making the entire piece graceful. Your rendition however flawless in technique, lack the grace, dynamics and feeling that makes this piece shine.
hmm....., beyond my description
