that was probably just the drain water from the sink, there is no toilet in the middle of that car. "Steam microwave" I get it! Gotta luv the Quiet Car!

That was the cafe car all that water was coming from. That means if the car lost all that water, the cafe car wasn't able to heat up any food with their steam microwave.
