Sorry to burst your bubble, and I know you mean well, but allow me to correct you. *ORIGINALLY* the song was written to and given to Britney. Before it was a hand me down to Joanna (and not because Britney had a choice or wanted to at the time) so naturally she did her version of it, too...even if it was at a later time.

I love both versions. I find BOTH to be VERY heartfelt and emotional, for different reasons. You can't say that Britney didn't put any emotion in this song.
