This is Daihatsu Copen. 2-door roadster with a 1.3 L engine.  But I guess you don't buy it. It isn't sold in the US.

Smaller then that if its the 659cc (turbo charged) version, 1300cc was later introduced due it not meeting emissions regulations in Europe (and some East asian countries) but afaik 660cc ver is still produced in Japan.
