If you paid attention to the opening remarks, these books were CHALLENGED not BANNED. Just because a book is challenged does not mean it automatically gets banned.
Why wait for bann book week to practice our rights to read books, when we have the right practice our rights to read books every day! We have the power to decide what we want to read, when we want to read and when to stop reading! There is not need for others to decide what is appropiate for us, we have our own mind and our own minds say we want to read this or that BOOK!
