Hey there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my BF got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
Good isometric exercise for your abdominals. Probably not for beginners because their abs may not be strong enough. You could end up feeling a lot of stress in your lower back. Overall great exercise.
The first one is hard at first then you get use to it. The other two. You need to be a hero trying to prove a point or your crazy. Then again I am barley a teen.

I have been trying to work out my abdominal and my abs for awhile to try to get rid of my pocket of fat so I can turn more quickly. Thanks
