You're totally the drummer type. You have the energy, the urge. Now just get a double base Ludwig or Pearl drum set and practice. Get a bass player, rhythm guitar player, a main guitar player, vocals, tons of practice, start with and old music, they write your own ASAP, that's how most band fail. Spending too much time on other peoples music and not refining their own. I ran/owned a sound company for ten years but have been in music my whole life. All my friends played.
