He wasn't the tournament referee (just happened to be there) +not with a v good view ( behind)

Said afterwards (seeing the video), it should have been ippon the other way.

No the local lad was awarded the medal. The Macedonian-not speaking English-didn't realise the tournament ref hadn't been called.

Why is this controversial? The referee calls the other two refs in and says something then asks the opinion of another highly qualified referee for (obviously) an opinion.
What did the head ref do?
Was it changed?
How do you know that one of the corner referees was uncertain?
