If you use the teeth whitener tool over your eyes it will turn your eyes grey or light blue depending on your eye colour I have green eyes and it turns them like ice blue it's really neat

Use the rectangle sticker and make it a line.

From what you said I think you're talking about selecting it and editing it separate.

No, Picnik doesn't have the magic wand tool, But I have edited BGs with is despite this.

I've blacked out an entire BG leaving just my image. You can do this with the drawing tool. It takes a minute but try it out.

Also, Picnik is more for the quick change in images. You can slightly change a picture quickly or severely alter it just as fast.

Just have fun with it and see what you can do!
