Georgian language doesn't come from Hurria and u can read it in many sources. Georgian language is Pure caucasian language alog with chechenian ingush and so on. it's local language and doesn't have any related languages, just some sub-languages like mingrelian and svan, and they are damaged georgian, dialects.

Kars, artvin trapizon, erzurum, van are all part of West-Armenia. After have vandalized armenian churches in Georgia, now georgians are doing the same in west-armenia. I hope they realize that once West-Armenia is freed, all vandalized armenian churches will be reconstructed. yes thats true. i mean our two ruling houses (bagratuni and bagrationi) are related..and for centuries we have fought common enemies. in the feudal system, many lords often had alliegences either to the georgian or armenian king so territory would swich one way or the other. the reality is that today the feaudal system no longer exists..but ethnic groups do. btw what do "chaquchi" or "artsivi" mean?

Georgian language doesn't come from Hurria and u can read it in many sources. Georgian language is Pure caucasian language alog with chechenian ingush and so on. it's local language and doesn't have any related languages, just some sub-languages like mingrelian and svan, and they are damaged georgian, dialects.

well according to something i read, georgian (or karvelian) is a south-caucasian language group (including mingrelian, svan, ajarian etc.) which is not related to north caucasian languages (circassian, ajarian, chechen etc..).

well ya, i never said they were different languages, i'm just saying some dialects are more mutually intelligible than others. the same goes for armenian. for instance, someone from gyumri can better understand someone from kars than someone from Sassun. btw, don't forget that the difference between "dialect" and "language" is only politics. for instance, there are more differences between w. armenian and e. armenian thn there are in portugese and spanish, but its still one language

thx a lot. i am very sorry , but those writings are written in Georgian alphabet...don't forget that we have also alphabet..this alphabet is called ASOMTAVRULI (medieval) and is one of the georgian alphabets.. as u know we have 3 alphabets. this writting which u can see at the end nowaydays is offcial alphabet of Georgian apsotolic orthodox church.

In our historical records it is written that our alphabet creator Mesrop Mashtots also drew Georgian and Caucasus Albanian (Aghvanq) alphabets. Hey, may be that is the variant of Georgian alphabet invented by the same Mesrop Mashtots ? Anyway, viva Georgia and Armenia. I know there was a period, where a part of north-eastern Anatolia (north-eastern Armenia Major) was under the Iberian kingdom, just was confused of the closeness of some of the architectures to the Armenian ones, and the alphabet at 2:57 really looks like Armenian (I even can read a part of it).

these churches are in the provinces of artivn and ardahan (roughly corresponding to lazika), inhabited by ethnic georgians known as Laz, and at this point primarily muslim (quite similar to the armenian pontic hamsheni people, who are their neighbours)- the churches, though their copolas must have been influenced by armenian design, are quite georgian in architecture (notice the huge arcs and columns)

Indeed we must respect eachother, but there r some nationalist groups in both sides and it's realy sad. Well actualy Georgia alphabet was created by King Phanavaz I in 3 BC , and was influenced by Antic persian alphabet PAHLAVI. and was created for Georgian pagan God ARMAZI...in the middle ages alphabet was a bit changed due to it's writting system. we r neighbouring countries and it's natural to have some things in common :)

P.s ofcourse lazs are ethnic group of Georgians , Georgian language separated from Laz language in 3 B.C. but Laz people have never built churches, coz the Christianity was spread from east Georgia Iberia. also this parts of "historical Georgia" is not populated with lazs. Lazs live more on the black sea coast.

Look There is Georgian Group of languages: Georgian, Laz-mingrelian, svan. Laz-mongrelian and svan language belongs to Pre-Georgian languages and in many cases they loook like Georgian, but hard to understand, adjarians speak georgian but with turkish accent, they don't have Adjarian language. i am adjarian, but it means i am Georgian. they were islamized like other Georgians by turks, mostly muslims are Georgians of Adjara, savsat, artvin, imerhev region and Laz Georgians.

armenian has 2 main dialects eastern (spoken in historic eastern armenia from karz to shushi, and including armenian communities in russia, iran, ukraine, ardahan, tiblissi and javakhk) and western spoken in the byzantine/ottoman empires. and from there, each main dialect has dozens of sub dialects. and lol, no last time i checked i wasn't muslim, sorry itst just a habit we have of calling it that

@hosank i am adjarian and any man from tbilii can understand my speech even i will speak same as in my willage are speaking. i know well were begins the difference to call a language other then any. for example, svan and megrel are languages developed from proto-kartvelian (georgian) apsua are not indigenous georgian, but were living with us by the centuries in one kingdom. all other tribes speak simply georgian language with little diferences in sped and intonation.
