Its not a pet. Its was captured from the wild with a net and put a ring on the right leg. They hunt and eat small birds and mice. They hunt in dusk and dawn. So this is our only contact with this individual Maybe someone else or us will be able to catch it next year and collect more data about this pygmy owl.
