Excellent video! Very informative, especially the bit about not protruding the knee beyond the toe. I guessing that it doesn't apply with the jump squat though - Yes/No?
When performing the Jump Squat, the knees may protrude the toes a bit, but more importantly, focus on the landing. Having to absorb the impact. Think land softly. That awareness should take care of your knees not coming too far forward, and prevent injuries. Thanks for enjoying the video.
