Well the reason that Jesus called out this is that he was pointing out Psalms 22: 1 & if you read that verse you will see that he is in fact fulfilling a prophesy by doing so. Read verses 11-18 you will see the prophesy he is fulfilling, Psalm 22 was written about 600 years before Christ was born. At that time, crucifixion had not yet been invented. so you can see he was fulfilling that prophesy. good by sir.

We also noticed that some of the text are changed, how we found out? we turned to the original text which is (correct me if I'm wrong) Greek.. The Old and New Testaments agree in their radical monotheism; I think all of the biblical scholars would agree with that. And notice that he didn't say MY father, he said THE father. When Jesus was dying on the cross why did he say, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Matthew 27:46). If he was god, then why would he be complaining to himself? These are quotes directly from the bible, you can't just ignore them.

Well the reason that Jesus called out this is that he was pointing out Psalms 22: 1 & if you read that verse you will see that he is in fact fulfilling a prophesy by doing so. Read verses 11-18 you will see the prophesy he is fulfilling, Psalm 22 was written about 600 years before Christ was born. The Old and New Testaments agree in their radical monotheism; I think all of the biblical scholars would agree with that. However, Mormon's believe that God is "an exalted man" but from a biblical perspective this would be a type of blasphemy and idolatry. The irony is that Mormonism is itself an invented religion.

First off the bible has 24,000 + manuscripts, none of them are identical, not even in context meaning. there is atleast 70,000 translation mistakes or errors, and over 200 contradictions in the new testiment alone. John 1:1 for example, does not mention the word"God" twice. for most christians they use modern geek (not the original greek interestingly because its easier to defend).
