@TMundo: Well lets see, you could press the horns causing the "mouth" to move like in the '85 movie and there are like 25 pegs that you could attach mini-cons to. Very convenient if you have a lot that you want to keep track of. Other than that, I guess it's just there to look cool. Lol.

Well basically all I do is take each photo individually, upload them to Windows movie maker, and before I save the file as a movie, I set it to play super fast. Oh, and if you know of another program besides WMM that can do stop-motion, please let me know. WMM has a bad habit of crashing. Lol.
