Both our languages come from Aramaic. I study Aramaic which as you know is a dead language . What i speak now is neo-aramaic "Assyrian". They are very similar. If you speak Assyrian you can understand some Aramaic. I've read about Assyrians in Bibles. I heard from my Assyrian, Italian, and Greek friends that the Kurds/Chalds (same arab nomads), have tried to wipe out Assyrian, and Israeli history. Forever will there be Assyrian and Israeli history, so long as the Bible/Torah/Quran are all kept alive. All three religious texts discuss only the Assyrians, Egyptians, and Israelites.

Assyrians who are not catholic (part of the chaldean catholic church) were called nestorians from the 1500's onwards because we followed a teaching of Nestorius, not all of his teaches but A teaching in which Mary is not the Mother of God but the Mother of Jesus Christ for God is omnipotent and omniscient. So the Roman Catholic Church called the Assyrian Church of the East a heresy.

Yes its true that Michael wrote those two sources but he wrote what I also shown you that "Syrians" are orignally Assyrians and he also mention that the Greeks called the Assyrians for Syrians wich means Suryoyo = Asuroyo (Suraya = Asuraya). So if the Assyrians came around the year 1850 why is Mikael The Great mention Assyrians 500 years before Layard went to Iraq? I have now show you two sources: Michael and "A chronicle of the Carmelites in Persia" end of story ;)

@WestAssyrian, NOW, i brought u ORIGINAL writings of mikael the great (ur source), he CLEARLY say Syriacs are Arameans, u brought me a QOUTE from other book referring to his book, what u wrote DOESNT mean syriacs are assyrians, it seems it has a fake tempt in it
1st source has NO ORIGINAL PROOF, i think i read about it in Arabic, i'll try to remember where, the pope wrote Syriacs not Assyrians, trust me! if Nestorians had the original source! they would've published it BY NOW in every site.

Its a letter in the volym "A chronicle of the Carmelites in Persia" if you want to se it then get the original I havent red it in the original letter. I dosent matter thats not fake and Mikael The Great isnt either fake this shows us that England or your Englishmen didnt gave us our Assyrian name, we have always been known as Assyrians

There is no connection to the Chaldeans tribes and to the Arameans so I dont understand you at all? there are many kings who have seperated the Chaldeans and the Aramean tribes in Assyria, many scholars have indeed said that Chaldeans tribes are arabs tribes

Like me Im belonging to the Syriac Ortodox Church, Im not from Iraq Im from Turabdin in Turkey, I call myself Suryoyo which means Assyrian and not Syriac which the Ortodox Church have adopted to our Church. The churches have seperated us from each other because they dont want us to think about our heritage or about politic they just want us to think about the Christian faith and nothing else!
