@mceltv dont up only your protein you'll constipate yourself. if you up your protein up your carbs. dont be scared of carbs. as long as they're good ones. oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice etc. carbs will hold you over till the protein kicks in. try upping your carbs and protein a bit and you should feel alot better

I have been trying to get abs to "pop out for ever. I am slim 160 pounds 6'2' BEEN using an ab roller (YEAH DONT LAUGH)...TOP FOUR WERE DEVELOPING i could at least see them but could never get the results i wanted...today after this video and the bed thing Im excited again and will get back at it...so thanks...Im committed if only I had someone to guide and encourage ....guess i need to go back to the ymca! @MrTrailblazer321 do more weighted exercises...reps from 15 to 20...do a 1 second hold at the bottom and exhale all the air out of your lungs on the way down. they'll pop.

Excessive water consumption can lead to water intoxication; hyponatraemia (sodium and electrolyte deficiency); cramps from potassium depletion; cerebral edema; kidney failure... the list goes on. Most people who die after taking MDMA (ecstasy) die from over consumption of water. Consume 3 litres at most!!!
