he is full of it. the quarter test should be at least to the top of washing tons' head. he don't tell you which tread groove to put it into. sometimes if you over inflate, you wear the middle tread thinner that the outer.,most of these "tire experts" don't know what the meanings are of the tire info on the sidewall.
