Do people just say they "hate" Lady Gaga because she is mainstream now? You know there was a time about 4-6 years ago where she was a struggling performer only known within the NYC area. You music snobs can't keep writing off an artist every time they want to make a living doing what they're good at. And concerning Van Doorn's change in style - there is NO WAY that awful trance sound from 10+ years ago is gonna cut it anymore. Trance was terrible - it needs to stay in the 90s/early 2000s.

Of course it's kind of a sell out track. But honestly, if you get asked to do an official remix for Lady Gaga, being a quite-big-but-not-fucking-inte­rnationally-famous-legend-prod­ucer, you are not going to refuse. And about the trance thingy, music evolves. If you make trance like back in the days (not my personal preference) you won't have a big audience. And won't be able to do big party's, you might not even make enough money with it. In the end you need to live from your job.

@AdvanceFd If we look at Sanders latest album, there is no trance on it. It's all meanstream house. YOu can compare the tracks with Avicii, SHM, Calvin Harris.

Don't get me wrong, i love trance, especially around 2001 - 2004. But that aint happening anymore. The old trance sound we love is no more. It has evolved.

Back to this track, if you take the vocals of gaga, you can produce a great track. I think Sander could have done better here.
