Notice how in this version of street fighter 4 sagats anti air tiger uppercut is super weak. Compare that damage to when an opponent is on the ground when you use the uppercut, its like omgwtfbbq if you connect with it. I like how they balanced the two uppercuts in super street fighter 4. Anti Air tiger uppercut got stronger, while the ground one got weaker. good one.

When your opponent is in a middle of a combo ONE tiger uppercut will break it and the input of this game is so bad it takes no skill whatsoever to pull it off. Sagat is not imposibble to beat but a pro ryu has a difficult time beating a noob playing sagat because he has mvoes thats way to easy to pull off and overpowerd. Thats why he is cheap.

itsallover is correct, if there's a break between your combos, anyone with a move like shoryuken or tiger uppercut can interupt it. Even though he is really over powered, he is the highest tier after all. But IMO, I can handle Sagat's fairly well. What I don't like are Giefs, really hate the cross up game that most players do with the Gief. Even a shoryu can be interupted with his pile driver. Really gotta keep my distance when I play against a Gief like how Daigo does it here.

ALL of his moves are quick good ranged and overpowerd. His tiger shot for example is faster than hadouken and can shoot up and down. his fierce kick has fucking long range and does a heck of a lot of damage and he has one of the most overpowerd anti airs in the game. There are kind of useless characters in SF4 such as Gouken, and E.Honda.

When facing a shoryuken character such as Ken, or Ryu, they've lost already. Gouken has no move to prevent shoryukens, except maybe his Heavy Hadouken, which is garbage.

And, Sagat is everybody killer. He has 15% more def than everyone else, and about 5% more attack than everyone else.

3rd Strike was the most balanced for sure. But, hey. No point in complaining.

See, 3rd Strike was better simply because..If a Long ranged character such as Ryu & Ken, you had a parry which was simple, and easy to use. (Foward).
