  • Claude Poumerol, District 21 International Speech Champion was DISQUALIFIED by Toastmasters International on a technical error made by a club official. Poumerol is now stricken from all contests she entered. Through no fault of her own, Poumerol is being punished for this official's mistake. Wake up TI! Consider the damage you are causing! What are you trying to teach us?
