Made 91kg today will be in the clip. Filming the shaving happens every 3yrs.

We need more subscribers goal is 10000 we need to make this stuff the norm so we can all take it further.

G. farm is pastured then culture fortunately you retain alot of the beneficial properties. Cant wait till we have our on cows so we can make our own. The dairy we get our milk from can only give us 45ltrs a week which doesnt allow for enough cream to make our own butter. we are aiming for the oe farm 2010

I tried to make butter with the cream from 4L of cleos! Ended up with one serving of a strange whipped butter/clotted cream hybrid. Good arm workout though and was a nice serving anyway! Had no idea how much buttermilk you get but its all good and fun learning. Will stick to the kefir, yoghurt and cream cheese/whey for now, better yields.

the shoes are five fingers look them up online although i would only buy if you have tried on your size slightly too small or too big doesn't feel good.
