The movie "Ghost Rider" really messed up on there music choise's!! Right off the top of my head...i can think of at least 3~4 songs that would have fitted it like a glove!! Nikki Sixx was dabbling in the occult at the time and after a whole bunch of supernatural things started happening around his home (forks flying off the table into the ceiling, lights turning off and on, inexplicable bites and scratches showing up on him and his gf Lita Ford) they decided to stop worshiping the devil and changed it to shout AT the Devil. Its all in "The Dirt".

This was my favorite period of the band i loved GS, still do but i do like the newalbum allot i just wish they would do an album as fuckin nasty as some of the songs on Generation Swine, that album is so dark.

This version is good enough, an interesting change, a fitting alternative for the era when it was done, 1997, - but it's NOT the original, which I'll forever prefer and love.

I respect these guys for going alternative. Def Leppard did it too with "Slang", and they rocked. Many of these bands are overlooked during their alternative phase, but it was cool stuff.
Now imagine Motley Crue or Def Leppard doing autotuned electro-emo/pop music (current genre for this generation)
