I like Total because I can go toxic on vitamins half way through the day. Besides getting 100% of my daily value in one bowl I eat a few other regular means and by evening I'm spacy and dizzy from overdoesing on vitamins. weeeeeeeeeeee

Total sounds too good to be true. Isn't it overkill to have all those nutrients?
If the technology is available to place 100% nutrition, why aren't every other cereal brand doing this?
