cuz ichigo shows no one more respect than anyone else. And ichigo would obliterate toushiro(or any other captain for that matter) in a fight. Cuz even vs Yamamoto ichigo would win, once ichigo was close to dead or actually dead, his second vaizard form would come out, where he has the hole. In that form no one in all of bleach would scratch him. Just too strong.
