I'm just guessing... But I think you should remove it when it's nicely puffed and slightly cracked... Or, just take them out before they burn... That's what I usually do.

145g butter

120g dark chocolat

4 eggs (2 yolks and 2 eggs)

1 cup of strong coffee

60 g of pouder suggar

3 big spoons of flour
